May Workshop - Colour

The workshop was designed to give participants more confidence in their use of colour in their weaving, spinning, knitting, felting and dyeing projects.

With an introduction to colour theory and the use of design boards, Diana Harbour showed us how to look for interesting colourways in magazines and photographs.

We learned to explore new colour combinations, and also how to work with other people’s colour choices.

The photo shows one of Diana's example design boards.
